Work can become service to Christ through honesty, diligence, and care for others. This does not make harmful working conditions acceptable or require neglecting rest and family.

03 — REFLECT

Be honest before God.

Where am I tempted to cut corners or treat someone as less important?

Keep your response private. Speak to God or write in your own notebook.

04 — PRAY

Speak honestly to God.

Father, help me work honestly and treat people with dignity. Let my conduct honor Christ, especially when no one is watching. Amen.

05 — RESPOND / PRACTICE

Practice one faithful step.

• At your next shift or task, correct one avoidable shortcut and encourage a coworker. Keep a truthful record of your work.
